Originating in Tsukiji, this popular sushi chain is open 24 hours every day, with over 40+ different branches in Tokyo including Shibuya and Roppongi.
There are a variety of Nigiri sets(raw fish on rice) which include miso soup. Patrons can also order individual pieces directly to the sushi chef or server. For 5 am sushi, the quality of their fatty tuna really can’t be beaten.
If you are planning to go to Sushi Zanmai in Shibuya, head to the shop near the Hikarie building. There are far fewer guests in the morning than the other shops.
